Super rough and ready page for now – because I am putting all my time and energy into perfecting my Monday Kitsets rather than perfecting this website.
If you want to know more about my Monday Kitsets, here’s the short(ish) version.
Before Monday CRM even existed and there was just one product called “monday.com”, I was already frustrated by the lack of pre-built solutions.
Sure there were 200+ templates available – but none of them were designed to work together. Users who cobbled together multiple templates often ended up spending more time “un-building and re-building” the templates than they would have spent if they had just built everything from scratch.
Not only this, but many of the templates were built in a way that to me seemed fundamentally flawed and illogical.
Fast forward to early 2026 and we now have Monday CRM, a product that comes with pre-built default boards that are connected to each other an feature a small number of automations.
Now, the default setup is quite generic and basic, but that’s not my issue with it. As I have posted about time and time again, the way the default or Core Boards are set up in Monday CRM is fundamentally flawed and illogical.
I was incredibly frustrated by all this and spent years trying to find my own solutions.
I have built a number of Kitsets now, each with a slightly different purpose or focus. These Kitsets include advanced features (that many users or even monday support might tell you are “not possible”) and avoid the limitations built into the default CRM Boards.
It was one thing to build awesome solutions, it was another thing to find a way to make it super easy for users to install my solutions in their own account.
But, after much trial and error I discovered that I could in fact deliver powerful multi-board solutions with advanced features in a way that any user could install in their own monday account in minutes (and about 10 clicks).
Finally, I had a way to deliver my Monday Ktisets.
Currently the only two Kitsets I have officially launched are;
The Monday CRM 2.0 Kitset
This Kitset is built upon the default or “Core” CRM Boards – Leads, Deals, Contacts, Accounts, Client Projects and Activities but includes advanced features and also avoids the limitations inherent with the default CRM Boards.
- All Connect Boards Columns in the 2.0 version are 2-way and can be used in any Automation you can normally use a Connect Boards Column or Mirror Column with (unlike many of the connections in the default board).
- Activities Board contains the content of logged activities (2,000 character limit) so you can now search your meetings, calls and custom activities by content as well as title.
- Connection to the Actitivites Board is 2-way so you can see all logged Activities in any Deal, Contact, Lead, Client Project etc.
- In the 2.0 Version we collect inquiries/potential jobs in the Deals board including contact information. Match automations will automatically connect any matching Contact from the Contacts Board. If no match is found, you can automatically create and connect a Contact to the Deal with zero risk of creating a duplicate Contact (unlike the very flawed approach of the Leads Board).
- The 2.0 Boards have so many advanced features I can’t list them all here, but I will add a dedicated CRM 2.0 Page to this website soon where I will list all the features and how it avoids all the limitations of the default CRM boards.
