Why I Created Our Monday Kitsets
I created our Monday Kitsets because there are a boatload of Monday users out there who don't have the budget (or the time) to hire a consultant for a full custom build.
And DIYing Monday.com without a full-time Ops person is a long and painful road (trust me - I've been there!).
To make matters worse, the default Monday CRM Boards have some invisible limitations baked into them that really trip users up down the road.
So, I decided to build a series of powerful plug-and-play Monday Kitsets that offered advanced features, would provide a solid foundation for any Monday user to build their own solutions upon and avoided all the limitations of the default CRM Boards.
Most importantly, I found an easy way to install these Monday Kitsets in any user's Monday account and have them up and running in under 10 minutes!

Monday Tasks 2.0 Kitset
This Kitset is comprised of a High Level Jobs Board, Project Board Template and Master Tasks Board. Project Boards are created and named automatically and alll the tasks in the Project Boards automatically create a matching task in the Master Tasks Board that is always kept in sync.

The default or "Core" CRM Board (Leads, Deals, Contacts etc) come with some limitations built into them that most users aren't aware of - until it's too late. My Monday CRM 2.0 Kitset avoids these flaws completely.

I have created my Monday Kitsets as Workspace Templates that can be installed in any Monday account via the Monday Marketplace. Basically, when you purchase a Kitset, I either share the install link with you (if you purchased a DIY install version of the Kitset) and you use that link to add the Workspace Template to your Templates Centre, or I install the Kitset in your Templates Centre for you. Once the Kitset is installed in the Templates Centre, you can either install it in any Workspace you want or (if you chose the "Single Workspace option" when adding the Kitset to your Templates Centre) in the one Workspace specified by the user who added the Kitset to your Templates Centre.
What Boards, Dashboards etc are included varies from Kitset to Kitset. But each Kitset comes with multiple connected Boards and a host of Automations and powerful features. The only thing that doesn't get installed by our Kitsets are any integrations. Because you must set up your own Integrations connected to your own third party apps, this is not something we can pre-build or include in our Kitsets.
It might take a little longer with a DIY install as you won't be familiar with the process, but I can install a Kitset in a users account and set up all the Boards in one Workspace in under 5 minutes. This is what makes the Monday Kitsets so awesome - you get Boards and Automations that would take an expert weeks and weeks to build and connect - and you get them installed and ready to use in under 5 minutes!
